The idea was born when we noticed that local bakeries were throwing away perfectly good baked goods at the end of each day. Instead of letting that excess go to waste, we started to wonder how it could be transformed into something new. After a lot of experimenting and close collaboration with our partner bakeries, we finally developed a process to convert surplus baked goods into smooth, high-quality vodka. Today, Misadventure & Co turns what was once waste into a premium spirit, proving that great taste and sustainability can go hand in hand.
