For V’s birthday we checked out a new-to-us spot: Father’s Office. A visit that almost didn’t happen—but I’m so glad it did. Delicious food, great cocktails, and a casual-cool atmosphere. If you’re looking for excellent eats, a solid bar, a few “house rules,” and a strong dislike of ketchup… this is your place. After having some delicious bites and cocktail, we moved on to another great spot called Laurel Grill a couple of blocks away for a martini and a view from the patio. Almost a 360 degree view of downtown City and parts of Sony Studios. Doesn’t get any better.
