Grubcast #159 Hector Ramos – Westward Whiskey

I had the please of sitting down with Mr. Hector Ramos from Westward Whiskey a distillery out of Portland Oregon. We were able to meet at a local Escondido cigar shop called Lord Puffer, largest humidor on the west coast. We talked about why we love whiskey, a little history of our first taste of the golden elixir. We sipped a bit of all the Westward Whiskey line, Original, Pinot Noir, Stout Cask and a bit of the Cask Strength with a proof over 100. We were fortunate to be able the record in the Lord Puffer VIP lounge with the all wood walls and extremely plush highback chairs, fluffy leather couches and soft lighting.
